Q01. Do you sell products through mail order to Overseas?

Our RMK Official Online shop does not provide international delivery service.
Please kindly visit us in any of our RMK overseas doors near you.
Moreover, you may find some of our RMK best-selling products available with the below web retailers, which may offer worldwide delivery.

Q02. Is it possible to exchange previously purchased merchandise?

If you exhibit skin problems, or you have inadvertently made a mistake in color selection and you wish to make a product exchange, the first thing to do is to consult with the particular RMK shop where you have originally purchased the product and a receipt of purchase is required. Please understand that the terms & conditions on product exchange may differ in Overseas.

Q03. How can I receive some RMK samples?

Samples of our skincare and base makeup products are available at RMK shops. If there is a product you would like to try, please feel free to ask one of our staff for assistance. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are not able to handle sample requests thru email.
